About Us

Southern Comfort Services is a family owned and operated company. We are determined to provide ethical and reliable services to our friends and community. We have developed a network of professionally licensed individuals to work as a team to provide resources for our customers and cross train our staff with up-to-date standards for electrical, plumbing, pest control, and air conditioning and heating.

Chris Willyard

Chris has more than 25 years of experience in heating and air conditioning (HVAC). He has more than 20 years experiences as a professional real estate inspector. He has worked both as a craftsman and in management in heating and air conditioning so he understands the demands placed upon a dwindling budget. Chris grew up around heating and air conditioning. While a child, he would often join his father servicing or installing HVAC equipment. As a young adult, he gained extensive experience as a professional roofer. After roofing, he joined the Pipefitters Local 211 union and became a journeyman. He gained a range of experience in both residential and commercial HVAC equipment. With his diverse knowledge and experience, and working as a professional real estate inspector throughout his career, he quickly advanced into facilities management for business and industry facilities, k-12 independent school districts, and higher education facilities.

Chris is a devoted family man and is active in his church. He has a grown son and two younger children as well as two grandchildren. He enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and doing activities with his younger children in Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts.

James Willyard

James has more than 35 years of experience in air conditioning and heating (HVAC) and 20 years as a professional real estate inspector. He has worked both as a craftsman and in management and brings with him a wealth of knowledge in various industries pertaining to construction.

James is devoted to his wife and dog Callie. He is an elder in his church and enjoys taking his grandchildren to work with him.

Natalie Willyard

Natalie has more than 20 years as an executive assistant with higher education institutions and private industry. She provides the administrative support for Southern Comfort Services enabling the other employees to focus on the customer.

Natalie is a devoted mother to two wonderful, bright children. She spends her extra time providing taxi service for the family.

Lady-Guard Dog!

Lady’s position centers on eating as much as she can, not allowing anyone within seeing distance of the house without barking and playing with a ball. She may look docile but her kisses are quite fierce.
